Now that I am living in Berkeley, safety has become a concern for me as I stroll the city. This is why I became involved with Stroll— a startup based in Berkeley that allows pedestrians find the safest route to their destination.

Purpose
As hate crimes have significantly skyrocketed in large cities in the past years, Stroll’s main goal is to protect pedestrians from danger as they stroll through the city of Berkeley.

Provide a map of city with areas of city highlighted based on area’s safety level.
Add additional preferences of safety based on traffic, bike lane presence, crime rate, etc.
